Shipping Policy
This policy explains where we ship, how long fulfillment usually takes, and what to expect after an order leaves our facility.

Shipping destinations
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges or be subject to delivery restrictions. If an order cannot be fulfilled to the address provided, we will contact you.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping to the contiguous United States is free when shown on the product page or at checkout. Any additional charge for an eligible non-contiguous destination will be disclosed before fulfillment.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated transit time
After shipment, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. In uncommon cases, customs procedures, weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend delivery to as long as 25 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipment delays
If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we will notify you and, where required, offer the choice to accept a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
Tracking and address accuracy
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after shipment.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments
If tracking shows an unusual delay, or an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
