Flowcat Policies

Where applicable, eligible Flowcat products include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the delivery date.

Effective date: August 27, 2026

Warranty period

The limited warranty lasts for 12 months from the date the eligible product is delivered. Proof of purchase may be required to confirm eligibility and the start of the warranty period.

What the warranty covers

The warranty applies to qualifying product defects confirmed after assessment by Flowcat. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by improper maintenance or care.

Submit a warranty request

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include clear photos or video that show the product and the reported problem.
3. Wait for assessment and authorized instructions before returning the product.

Assessment and remedy

Flowcat will review the information provided and may request additional evidence. If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with this warranty and applicable law. For a confirmed quality issue, Flowcat will cover reasonable authorized return shipping costs in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
