Returns & Refund Policy<\/h1>\n

We accept eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after delivery.<\/p>\n

Return eligibility<\/h2>\n

To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and related materials. Customized items, final-sale items, and hygiene-sensitive items may be ineligible for return when this is disclosed before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.<\/p>\n

Start a return<\/h2>\n

  1. Email hello@flowcat.store<\/a> within 30 days after delivery.<\/li>\n
  2. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Include clear photos for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.<\/li>\n
  3. Wait for return instructions and the authorized return address before sending the item. Returns sent without authorization or to the wrong address may be delayed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Return shipping costs<\/h2>\n

    For returns based on personal preference, an unsuitable size, or a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what was ordered because of our error, Flowcat will cover reasonable authorized return shipping costs.<\/p>\n

    Inspection and refunds<\/h2>\n

    Returned items are inspected after receipt. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit. We will contact you if the return does not meet the eligibility requirements.<\/p>\n

    Damaged, defective, or incorrect items<\/h2>\n

    Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging until we complete our review. We will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with this policy and applicable law.<\/p>\n

    12-month limited warranty<\/h2>\n

    Where applicable, eligible products include a limited warranty for 12 months from the delivery date. The warranty applies to qualifying product defects and does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper maintenance. Proof of purchase and supporting photos or video may be required. After assessment, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the warranty and applicable law.<\/p>\n
