Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of flowcat.store and purchases from Flowcat Technology Co., Ltd (“Flowcat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Using the site

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our policies. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and provide accurate, current information. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings and production variations may cause minor differences in color or appearance. Product features, prices, and availability may change. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, or fraud is suspected; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Orders, pricing, and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm fulfillment or shipment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping surcharges, or other charges will be shown before you complete payment when required. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their terms and privacy practices.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates, eligible destinations, delays, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Limited warranty

Where applicable, eligible products include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the delivery date. The warranty covers qualifying defects assessed under our Returns & Refund Policy. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper care. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The site and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, logos, product names, and design elements—belong to Flowcat or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping and information unless we give written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party services, including payment, shipping, analytics, and social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control, and their separate terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded. For claims that may lawfully be limited, Flowcat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. Updated Terms apply prospectively from the effective date posted here.
